To become an exhibitor, download and complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor Participation Agreement and submit it to conference@nemtac.org NEMTAC will invoice your organization once the contract is submitted.

Exhibitor Booth

10' x 10' booth space includes, at no extra charge, 6 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 full access conference passes (includes breakfast, lunch and beverages tickets for Welcome Reception and Casino Night), high conference color drape, a side rail drape and an appropriate signage bearing the title as it appears on the contract. All exhibitor booths are identified as 100 level on the exhibitor map.

Premium Exhibitor Booth

10' x 20' premium booth space includes, at no extra charge,6’ skirted tables, 2 chairs, high top table, 2 bar stools, 32”  TV/Monitor, electrical needs, 3 full access conference passes (includes breakfast, lunch and beverages tickets for Welcome Reception and Casino Night), high conference color drape, a side rail drape and an appropriate signage bearing the title as it appears on the contract. All 10x20 premium booths are identified as 300 level on the exhibitor map. Booth 302 is reserved for Platinum Conference Sponsor.

Exhibitor Booth and Vehicle Display (available exclusively to vehicle manufactures until July 15, 2022)

20' x 20' booth space includes, at no extra charge, 6’ skirted tables, 2 chairs, 3 full access conference passes (includes breakfast, lunch and beverages tickets for Welcome Reception and Casino Night), high conference color drape, a side rail drape and an appropriate signage bearing the title as it appears on the contract. This exhibitor booth also allows for 1 vehicle. All 20x20 booth with vehicle display are identified as 200 level on the exhibitor map.
